zfs-linux cannot be upgraded due to unresolvable dependencies

I tried to update my system but got this from pacman..

zfs-linux is not part of the Arch Linux package repositories, which means you must have obtained it from somewhere else.

I assume you've built the package from the PKGBUILD in the AUR. As that PKGBUILD there very visibly states at the head, zfs-linux provides kernel modules, and therefore must be built for the exactly right kernel version. Whenever you upgrade your kernel, you need to rebuild and upgrade that package as well.
