Connected but no internet access

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to Arch forum.
Well I have some weird problem, several weeks ago I installed dnssec to encrypt my dns.
The problem is : I can ping 8.8.8.8 for example
but when I update Arch or try to install a package I get
could not resolve host : #mirrors
Where # mirrors are the mirrors in the file /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
Anyone could help debugging this please?

Can you "ping archlinux.org"? If no, your DNS setup is broken, so elaborate on your efforts to "install dnssec to encrypt my dns".
If you can ping domains, please post the actual pacman output - for all we know "#mirrors" could be some non-existant domains (or no fqdn at all)
