Hi,
This is a brand new Arch install on a thumb drive.
I just installed openssh, xterm & xeyes and got loads of messages like:
https://pastebin.com/FXkDgYPh
and i don't know what to do with it.
This just appeared after I just did
a pacman -Syyu before, it installed x265-3.2.1-1
and when I do this again I get the following:
[ron@DesktopRon ~]$ sudo pacman -Syyu

Something is very broken on your installation. I'm guessing something went wrong with the USB connection while there was data still being written to disk that has left a bunch of damaged files around.
You could try "pacman -Syu $(pacman -Qenq)" to reinstall every package on your system, but I would recommend reinstalling since it's a fresh install already.

Yep, I ended up reinstalling the whole thing onto a proper rust spinning disk, not having any problems there... ![]()
