I downloaded the vmware AUR package but it doesnt work.
Now i wanted to uninstall it but i find no uninstall possible since
pacman -R vmware
doesn't work and I don't have an
vmware-installer --uninstall
command or anything like that.

There is no 'vmware' package. What does 'pacman - Qs vmware' return?
Mod note: moving to AUR Issues

What does "doesn't work" actually mean? If the build failed and you never installed a package no files will have been installed into your system other than in the build directory where you executed makepkg.
If you don't know the build directory nor whether you executed makepkg, stop using an AUR helper and read https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ar … Repository and https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Makepkg a few times until what is actually happening in this process is clear to you.

It returns:
local/vmware-keymaps 1.0-1
Keymaps required by some VMware packages
local/vmware-workstation 15.5.0-2
The industry standard for running multiple operating systems as virtual
machines on a single Linux PC.

I installed it but it wouldn't start (segmentation fault). (Installation went without errors)

You downloaded and installed vmware-workstation NOT vmware .
try removing vmware-workstation with pacman.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
(A works at time B) && (time C > time B ) ≠ (A works at time C)
