USB stick not recognized

Since a few weeks ago my USB stick isn't recognized by my system correctly. If I plug it in it shows up as for example /dev/sdb but after about a minute it disappeares again. Sometimes all USB devices get disabled until next reboot. However I can use other USB sticks just fine, but this issue occurs on both my laptop and my desktop PC.

dmesg gives me some errors, but I can't find any solution.
