I posted a topic, got answers, I would like to mark it as solved. I login, click the edit link on the original post. I can edit the text, but not the title: I can move the cursor within the title but not edit. Probably something very silly on my part...

Edit the original post (the first post in the thread). It will give you the option to edit the thread title. Just prepend [SOLVED]

You probably used up all available characters. Shorten your title and then prepend [SOLVED].

Thanks, it was the length.
May I suggest the length limit be mentioned in the rule

For instance
Please note that title length is limited to x characters.

Thank you!

Must admit I'm a little impressed with the recursive title.

Yes, without reading the post it is kind of intriguing...

For future reference, keep in mind which words are important in a title. Your other thread that I'm assuming had a long title now has the title "[SOLVED] Problems with OpenBox on 2 screens: unresponsive windows..."
I gather you trimmed something from the end. But the words "Problems with" serve no purpose. Support threads are all reporting a problem and asking for help. The title could have been "Openbox on 2 screens: unresponsive windows ..." and you would have been able to keep more of the trimmed content.
