Abandoned font projects

There are many abandoned font projects which don't provides good quality and some of them even have bugs which can't be reported upstream (Example: Droid font, the WenQuanYi fonts) . So should we drop them from the official repository (and push them to the AUR)? And should we create a section called "Abandoned/Legacy" in the https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fonts and move them to that section?
