Setting can not be open in kde [ABANDONED]

Hi, I installed Arch Linux 3rd time, finally i Successed. Unfortunatily, when I clicked on settings it open only once, then after setting can not open. I reboot laptop but problem not solved.
Please help how to open setting ?. When i click on setting nothing happen. Also on desktop, I do right click , i click on change background or display setting or setting , nothing works.

Which instructions did you follow to install Arch?

No error message shows.
Everything is fine with gnome.

I have another problem with Arch Linux
I need MongoDB but it requires 260GB, download size for kde connect, vs code, Arduino ide require 1GB, 1.7GB, 870MB respectively.
with huge download size and memory usage for a small application.

and what happens if you try to run

systemsettings5

You either need a massive system to build it yourself of install the vendor-provided binaries (which will be like 50MB in download size or so)
Every major distro removed the packages due to the license problems.

If you still need a thread on that, I suggest to skip the "it's not fair" whining and "I chose you over ubuntu" pandering.
It's not productive and nobody cares.

Actually, I uninstalled KDE and installed gnome. Gnome does not perform any problem till now.
I tried your given commands, not found in gnome.

FWIW systemsettings work just fine here, so this must've been something on your system.
