Problems with bluetooth, interferance with Wifi on unblocked

Hello,
Lately I've been having problems with bluetooth on my laptop, a Lenovo t440s. When I open my laptop, it unsuspends, but it takes much longer than usual for NetworkManager to reestablish the connection to my router (previously it only took 5-10 seconds, but now I have to wait for almost a whole minute). I searched the internet for hours to try to find out what the problem could be. I blocked bluetooth with rfkilll, and since then my NetworkManager doesn't have any problems anymore at any unsuspend action. But I use bluetooth very often for a bluetooth to audio converter, which stopped working together with the other problems all of a sudden. I can't connect to the device with bluetoothctl. It connects at first, fails and disconnects.
So, my question is, could you help me with solving these problems? I have the feeling that all the issues I have are somehow connected. Could you give me a hint?
