iptables restore

Hi everyone! Who can help me to fix this line
"Error occurred at line: 1
Try `iptables-restore -h' or 'iptables-restore --help' for more information.
iptables-restore v1.8.4 (legacy): iptables-restore: unable to initialize table 'filter' "
I use ufw  as firewal and protonvpn as vpn

Make sure you have rebooted so the relevant kernel modules can be found.
