Analog surround 2.1 Output become unavailable with kernel 5.4.10.arch1-1
I downgrade kernel to ver 5.4.6.arch3-1 and now it works again.
My system is a Lenovo X1 Carbon 7th gen,
audio card is
$ lspci | grep Audio

I just installed Arch on a new HP Dragonfly (5.5.8-arch1-1 x86_64), everything works except sound, same sound card.

I do have a similar issue on Linux 5.7.7 using X-1 Carbon 7th Gen. Using the lts version is working fine. Is there any exact solution for this instead of downgrading the kernal?

Install sof-firmware if you don't have it installed as well as alsa-ucm-conf
Online
