Hi Guys,
from a few days ago my desktop PC freeze without a visible reason. When it happens I cannot use mouse or keyboard and the only way to restart is to keep switch on button pressed for a few seconds.
this is my journald log. I found one error and several warning but I'm not able to understand the cause.
The error is related to my mic, and i guess it is not it to freeze the PC.
Could someone help me please?

Freezes could be caused by just about anything. Most common ones are faulty PSU, faulty MB, faulty memory, faulty GPU (or any other "main" component; more peripheral ones being less likely to cause freezes of the whole system). Note any specific situations which cause the freezes and/or try to find out some test case which causes freezes. Unless you can find any trigger, it can be a real pain to diagnose the cause.
Software bugs (Kernel, kernel drivers) is a possibility but with the level of information you have provided, it is impossible to give any kind of troubleshooting advice. Even if you did, it is almost impossible unless - again - there is some situations which are more likely to cause the freeze. Log messages can be useful, but if there is none, it is more likely the cause if H/W related (already mentioned PSU, MB, CPU, memory...)
Your syslog messages probably have nothing to do with the crashes, as you already suspected yourself. It's worth to note that many processes, especially GUI environments, spam just about anything in the syslog. You may want to filter just the kernel messages with 'journalctl -k', as non-kernel messages are usually not useful in diagnosing freezes. Faulty software should not be able to bring down the Kernel!
A few examples from my own experience:
1. I had freezes (and occasional random resets) only if I stressed the CPU to max (compile something with all 4 cores) AND use the GPU heavily at the same time (AAA gaming or folding). Also, couldn't overclock the CPU at all over stock. I lived with it until I changed the PSU (as I already suspected it based on the symptoms), and after changing it the stability problems went away. Also, modest overclocking is now possible (if I want to, but I prefer stability).
2. Sometimes I too get freezes. But the difference to your case is, I have clear kernel error /bug messages in syslog almost always relating to amdgpu when it happens. They also always seem to happen when I'm starting something GPU intensive (games) - but never in the middle of a gaming session. Sometimes (but not always) the system is recoverable by SSHing into it from another computer, and/or via sysrq. The freezes are quite infrequent, and based on google searches (with the help of the said kernel errors), no one seems to have similar problems. I also have a hunch my graphics card could be failing, one alternative being a rare-ish amdgpu driver bug. As the crashes are quite infrequent I've decided to live with it instead of investigating further, as that alternative seems quite laborsome in my case.

Do you mean you can still see your GUI?
Have you tried switching to another VT with e.g. Ctrl-Alt-F2?
this is my journald log.
All of it? Hardly.
So how did you generate the output?
What we need is right around the exact time when the freeze occurs, in full verbosity.
Always include the command used to generate output.
And make an effort to do some basic troubleshooting, we can only help based on the information you provide.
