[Not Solved] SDDM does not start on newly installed arch on a computer

Hi everyone, I'm new to the world of Arch Linux, I recently installed Arch on a VM and on my desktop with no problems.
So today I decide to install it on my old laptop.
The installation proceeds normally and then as a desktop environment I choose KDE, I install XOrg and KDE with all its applications, I enable SDDM with the systemctl and after rebooting, it starts freezing on /dev/sda1: clean ...
So I decide to read some threads and some wikis, I try to install the drivers of my video card but nothing that can fix my problem.

Memory: 120GB of SSD

We're gonna need more than "doesn't work"…

I suggest to start by posting your system journal (in code tags or using a pastebin service, see the first link in my signature for a convenient way to do so)
Also remove the "quiet" parameter from the kernel commandline and on a wild guess see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ke … _KMS_start

I tried to search both folders, /var/log/ and ~ /.local/share/xorg/, found nothing, the .local folder doesn't even exist

That's fine (actually looks like all xorg packages)

The only explanation left could be that the X11 server crashes before even writing a log.
Did you try to enable early KMS?

Note: Driver is only working on linux-lts with iomem=relaxed kernel parameter

The journal you posted was from linux without iomem=relaxed
Please also post the config you created with the settings from the SiS wiki page.

That makes no sense at all. The config file will be there because you wrote it. eg.

vim /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-sis-stuff.conf

and put the contents of the three boxes under https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/SiS#xorg.conf there and als add the previously linked part (again: idk what that does or how important it is)

Post the config you created, the journal of the last boot (sudo journalctl -b), the output of "lspci -k" and check whether there's meanwhile an xorg log.

However, I did find out a bit more, the video card drivers are now incompatible with new versions of Xorg and the only way to get it started is to install an old version of Xorg probably. I close.
