You do not face the same issue, based on these errors your premise is different from the outset.
You use an out of tree bluetooth pulse implementation, if you don't need it remove it, if you need it rebuild it (... assuming you're using https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/puls … les-bt-git or so here)
But pulse is running and should be accessible to pacmd, how are you starting your session, what's your output for
loginctl show-session $XDG_SESSION_ID
