Hello Everyone. I have a faced with a problem when i trying to preview international fonts.
I go to System-Control Center-Look and Fell-Fonts and see black boxes instead some fonts. As i see, it show black boxes when particular font type is international. For example: Japanese, Arabic.
For example, Its for my native language
Generated locales:
locale -a
C
en_US.utf8
POSIX
ru_RU.utf8
Intalled fonts:
ttf-ms-win10, ttf-croscore, ttf-dejavu, ttf-droid, ttf-opensans.
Can i fix this problem?

Please post the output of
locale
as well. This would show your currently-in-use locale settings.

Not all fonts have all characters implemented.

Your locale seems to be set properly, so that ought not be the issue.
GeorgeJP may be correct here, as it seems the font in the lower screenshot is an Arabic font, which probably doesn't have Cyrillic characters. Did you try the 'standard' Droid Sans as well, i.e. the one without a language (group) suffix?

Sure thing. Don't forget to mark your thread as solved (by editing the title of your first post and prepending [Solved] to it).
