IpTables and /proc

Hello everyone i installed iptables and was looking through it

i read about a command

iptables -A INPUT -j NFQUEUE --queue-num 0

after i issue the command i see some the counter is up

but i can never access the file

at the location

/proc/net/netfilter/nfnetlink_queue

its missing

what is the issue
what i am missing ?
