Need help with network interfaces and VirtualBox

I'm following these tutorials

for getting Radmin VPN working inside my virtualbox(windows) and getting access to it from my Arch Linux. The problem is: I can not edit the "/etc/network/interfaces" because looks like systemd uses another way to manage the interfaces. So, how can I do the same as shown in the tutorials above?
