Wi-Fi AP does not work after suspend-to-RAM

Hi. Recently, I started using suspend-to-RAM and noticed that a 5 GHz Wi-Fi access point (AP) made from a USB dongle connected to a desktop stops working after suspending the desktop. A tablet (another Wi-Fi device) does not show the AP in the Wi-Fi network list. Wi-Fi Analyzer on the tablet does not show the AP's signal either. Restarting `hostapd` makes the AP work again. I know there are many threads about Wi-Fi not working after suspending, but no solution works for me.
