Does any of those fit the patterns in the journal?
Please reboot the system to get into a clean state, don't use wireshark (though we don't know whether it's the cause) and see whether this happens again.
This will also help to reduce the journal size. It's btw. so bloated because of some buggy gnome extension(s) and esp. xdman.desktop which logs *a lot* (you may want to limit that to not expose your porn consumption habits…)
Also: the signal strength is between lousy and shit. Do you move the notebook around? Is the connection trouble maybe related to its physical location?

It's basically not a stable connection at all atm.
Can you move to a 5GHz band?
Try to not use blutooth (rfkill it)
