That's a debug feature that was added for kernel 5.9 - since you use the lts kernel, you recently jumped from 5.4 to 5.10

It's 2021 - you can interpret that however you want.
But it really just means that the kernel cannot use some debugging features - which might not even be available w/ the chip.
So if you don't intend to debug the chip, I don't see why it would be a problem to you.
