Keep static arp entry permanent on reboot

Hi, I want to keep a static arp entry persist on reboot, how can I achieve that ?

I used that command to set it :

 ip neigh add ip lladdr mac dev eth0 nud perm

Network Manager, please also I want to make arptables rules persistent across reboot . https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/arptables Thanks
