I always get these errors when I boot:
$ journalctl -b -p err..emerg
-- Journal begins at Thu 2020-12-10 13:39:11 CET, ends at Wed 2021-03-17 17:31:46 CET. --
Mar 17 16:52:55 EliteBook kernel: snd_hda_codec_conexant hdaudioC1D0: vmaster hook already present before cdev!
Mar 17 16:52:55 EliteBook kernel: snd_hda_codec_hdmi hdaudioC1D2: Monitor plugged-in, Failed to power up codec ret=[-13]
$My audio works just fine, so I assume it's just spam - but it's logged as errors after all - so I'm curious; my computer tries to tell me something, and I don't get it ![]()
From time to time I have searched both this forum and in general, but I haven't found anything that seems relevant.
Does anybody know what this is about?
EliteBook is my hostname by the way - boring old me ![]()
