tested CUPS , it worked the first time now it broke my printer?

Hi I installed cups , which worked fine the first test I gave it , but now it keeps printing endlessly blank pages. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I removed all queues . and the problem persists.
My printer is unusable because when I want to use it it only prints blank pages endlessly . I have tried using a windows pc to print from there from the original printer driver, but the problem persists. At this point I have no Idea how to fix it . If I buy another printer will the problem persist? what/where could be the problem? from windows the printer says there is no queues for printing.
