[SOLVED]On boot screen has corrupt characters

Hello,
I don't know how to describe the issue. When I attempt to install arch on my desktop when I get to install screen it runs but it just scrambles the characters.

Specs:
GPU: MSI RTX3070 GAMING X TRIO
CPU: RYZEN 9 3900XT
RAM: G.SKILL 16GB 2X8GB DDR4 3200 KIT (TOTAL 32G)
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING

Note: I am aware that there is a post similar to this however his issue was resolved by swapping gpu because it was faulty. My gpu isn't faulty as I have been using it for several months now. I also use it with manjaro so I can't imagine that's the issue.

Boot the install media's kernel with the nomodeset parameter and finish up the install including the proprietary drivers

Thank you. I looked through the forums on how to do it and now I finished installing.
