[Solved] Nextcloud update complains about unexpected "wapps" directory

I'm trying to update Nextcloud to 21.0.1, but it's giving me this error from the updater:

The following extra files have been found:
    wapps

I followed this section of the wiki to get a writable apps directory, but this seems to have come back to bite me. I'm a little bit frustrated, because I just switched my server to Arch so I wouldn't have to deal with Docker, but it seems like that was a bad idea.

What is the exact path of your wapps directory?

/usr/share/webapps/nextcloud/wapps, but this issue was actually just solved by an update to the Nextcloud package. Thanks anyway!
