[SOLVED] Xfce Network extensions?

On Linux Mint Xfce, there is a network extension in the Xfce4 panel and a network configuration program. How do I install that on Arch Linux? Thanks.

Re: [SOLVED] Xfce Network extensions?

It's been a long time since I used Mint, but I think maybe you're referring to Network Manager? It has GTK3 front-ends for selecting and editing network connections that fits nicely into the Xfce panel.

Just be aware that Network Manager will conflict with other methods of connecting, so you'll most likely need to disable whatever means you're connecting with now. It shouldn't be too much trouble though. The network guide is good.

If I remember correctly, you just install the two additional interfaces.
Then you'll get network-manager-applet in the status tray, and from its menu you'll be able to edit connections with nm-connection-editor.
