After last update of arch dns resolver stop working, gnome NetworkManager cannot write name servers to /etc/resolv.conf , when i ping google.com get the error:
# ping google.com
ping: google.com: Temporary failure in name resolution
There is no entry in /etc/resolv.conf for the dns servers and there is no file with name resolv.conf in /run/NetworkManager, my laptop is behind wireless router and the name server is 192.168.1.1, when i manually add the name server 192.168.1.1 to /etc/resolv.conf the dns resolver start working, i know about resolvconf and how to configure it, but i would prefer to use the arch default packages, the systemd-resolved.service is disabled by default, can any one tell me which program is responsible for generating and updating /etc/resolv.conf entries by default in arch, and how to configure it?

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Networ … management
prefer to use the arch default packages … by default in arch
Such thing does not exist and networkmanager is not a "default", but itself defaults to systemd-resolved

The openresolv is installed by default and i configure it, the problem is solved.

openresolv is installed by default
Nope. It's a hard dependency for netctl and optional for eg. networkmanager and dhcpcd. It's not installed "by default" at all and not a dependency of the base package.
However, please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
Thanks.
