NetworkManager wireless speed throttling and halting issue (solved)

today i got a very weird issue with network manager at first network manager had very low speed readings and spikes it was solved through not opening the desktop applet to check the speed reading after reboot but now it came back (rebooted many times) and network manager shows i have 0bit/s up and downstream i am still able to access the web although almost everything else seems to not work (for ex konsole & pacman -S) so i booted a mint cinnamon live iso and network manager worked flawlessly i have had this problem before but not on arch it seems to be caused by the combination of kde plasma 5 and NetworkManager any suggestion?

* there are no 2 instances of NetworkManager running on my laptop

WiFi chip set : Network controller: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter (rev 30)
driver: ath10k
modification (lsmod) listed as ath10k_pci and ath10k_core

although i am not sure i did it right as it is intended for the ath9k driver

and the journal ends ~4 minutes later w/o any connection losses.

You can select the previous boot ("sudo journalctl -b -1") if you rebooted after the problem happened (and select earlier boots by growing the last digit)

i rebooted so many times i dont know when it started but i am on the same boot as this journal is now the problem persists boots

http://ix.io/3wh9 seems to include some desperate attempts to bring the network up again, but there's no connection loss.
However, the overall signal strength is low - are you far away from the access point? (wifi router)

yes my router is behind a thin wall the signal strength is weak but i have never had problems with it on linux mint and windows only on kde plasma 5 desktop environment gave me problems weirdly

Sanity check:
* keep a konsole open
* when the issue emerges test

* try to run a konsole instance (or kwrite or anything that gives you trouble) from the interactive shell and see what happens.

Again: the signal is weak, but there's no apparent network issue in the journal - we might face a problem completely unrelated to your wifi connection.

distros which ran kde plasma 5 for example ferrenOS Manjaro and OpenSuse also had this internet issue

Afaiu your initial post, konsole "does not work" when this happens?
We need to know why it "does not work".
Or was "konsole & pacman -S" supposed to mean that running pacman inside konsole "does not work" (ie. this is a -limited- network issue)

You get 404's because the local database is out of sync.

sudo pacman -Syu linux-headers

This will update the database, all packages and install linux-headers.

Yes, as mentioned: the syntax w/ the dot is for the kernel commandline.

it seems my internet connection is fine and network manager just pissed itself in the pants with that reading after i realized it was a 404 error i chekced my internet speeds with

It didn't before because your local database was dated.
It's now synced and you're fetching the current package.

Make absolutly sure that after syncing the database (pacman -Sy) you ran a full upgrade (pacman -Su or pacman -Syu) - otherwise you're conducting partial upgrades that will cause ou random unpredicted problems.

Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
