wget now outputs SSL_INIT to stderr every time

Ever since this recent update:

wget 1.21.2-1
Build Date:    2021-09-07 20:02 UTC
Last Updated:    2021-09-07 20:36 UTC

Every time I run wget, it outputs "SSL_INIT" to stderr. I have a system running a cron job every minute which executes a wget command. So I started getting a email from cron every minute with one line containing SSL_INIT.

I know I could redirect stderr, but then I might miss a real error.
