lost 3 devices after last update

Hey All
I have two arch-arm servers one email one http and one laptop on 64 bit, I just updated all three at same time rebooted all three and lost all of them all carn't find boot device since laptop is different arch full compared to the arm version
guessing something seriously wrong with update, anyone else having this problem? , or am I just the luckiest f**ker on earth!.

Less hyperbole, less drama, more facts: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=57855 ignore the ARM devices you'll have to ask on the Arch ARM boards for those, focus on the laptop.

What does "can't find boot device" mean exactly, do you get that immediately on selecting an entry in your bootloader, what's the exact error message? Which bootloader? Sounds like you misconfigured your bootloader/your /boot partition setup and updated to a new kernel which will often expose a misconfiguration in that space. Post configuration files of said boot loader, chroot in mount all your partitions like you think they are correct and then post
