My laptop suddenly shuts off when using my AMD GPU

when playing a game like supertuxkart it suddenly shuts off and when i try to replicate it in windows it doesn't shut off my dGPU is AMD radeon r5 m330 and intel core i5 and running plasma 5

Post the full output of

sudo journalctl -b-1

after rebooting from a freeze. Maybe check whether there are firmware updates for your UEFI, there used to be a few bugs in earlier AMD CPU/AGESA implementations.

See my edit. Maybe also try booting with intel_idle.max_cstate=0 on the kernel cmdline assuming it's some power issue on intel, or does this explicitly only happen if you run a game with DRI_PRIME=1 ?
