Arch Windows 10 dual boot not starting

Hey all I don't really no where to begin debugging my system.
I just dual booted starting with Windows 10 and adding arch. I got the system installed and rebooted successfully.
Although throughout the process rebooting was spotty, it kept getting stuck at
starting version 249.6-3arch
it just hangs there
Then I installed finished my set up and installed i3 and now it rarely gets passed that screen and even starting in a bootable medium gets stuck on black screen after I select arch.

But every once in a while it will start properly.
I am using UEFI boot, Dell laptop and AMD graphics card, please let me know if there is any other info I can get for you all. Thank you for reading any help is appreciated.

Thats exactly the thing, I do not know where to start
there is no output other than

starting version 249.6-3arch
/dev/nvme0n1p8: clean, 73144/655360 files, 997579/2621440 blocks

Is there some device specifications that may be useful.
I am just trying to figure out how to debug a system that wont start or boot from a bootable medium.
only Windows 10 boots and BIOs boot, is there some information I could get from there that would help point me in the right direction?

Ive got this hardware info

Dell Inspiron 5575
AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx

BIOSVersion {DELL   - 1, 1.1.6, Dell Inc. - 10106}

Hello, in your case I would:
- boot into usb installer
- mount linux filesystem
- chroot on it and check the journalctl logs.
Then post it here for more help.

Thank you for the reply, I cannot get bootable medium to load, it gets stuck on a black screen after I choose the arch option to start up with.
So I cannot check the journalctl

Perhaps there is a problem with my boot settings, a lot of these I do not recognize from the set up guide,maybe something new is here that is fucking with it starting up?

if nothing else I am going to try nuking my machine and starting from a fresh Windows install, but if there is something wrong with my boot settings that would be really helpful to know. Thank you all for reading.
