Unable to connect anything correctly with bluetooth

Hi and thanks for reading in advance.

So I don't get any specific error with my bluetooth. But when I connect my headset or my bluetooth speaker the audio stutters. If I connect my bluetooth keyboard plus the audio I can't write because the input stops and when I comes back all the letters that didn't appear show at the same time.
Resulting in something like thishssskshs ?

My kernel right now it's the  5.15.6-arch2-1.

For the audio I use Pipewire but this problem happen with Pulse too, even more I think. I'm not sure.

Not sure what I can post to help with the debugging but if you need anything please tell me.

Maybe this is the cause:

❯ systemctl status bluetooth.service
