Slow browsing / networking

Hi, I am experiencing very slow browsing, websites responds after 5-10 seconds, for example I tested my speed and it's OK, I am getting 200/50 but speedtest(.)net loads after 10seconds. I have tried browsing with Firefox old/new profile and Chromium and I still get same results. Very slow website response.
For DNS I am using Pihole with Cloudflare's upstreams, I have also tested Google's but problem persists.

I don't see any indicator why is this happening other than kernel network modules I was playing.

I have tested net.ipv4.tcp_ecn with 0,1,2 values and 2 is giving me the best result but still not solving my problem.

Have you tried it without pihole?

I did, and it looks like the problem is coming from pihole indeed, pihole says that it doesn't effect speed so this is strange why it become to all of the sudden.
