Hi,
I am using both the onboard graphics chip and the graphics card on my laptop. I normally use the graphics card with nvidia-xrun-pm. This has worked fine so far, but since updating my laptop this week executing nvidia-xrun results in a segfault in the xorg server.
Similar issues have been reported in two other threads:

I chose to open another thread since I am using a different driver and the proposed solution does not work for me. Downgrading both nvidia-470xx-utils and nvidia-470xx-dkms followed by rebooting did not solve the issue. I tried out 470.82, 470.86 and 470.94 all to no avail.

Have you tried to downgrade to xorg-server/xorg-server-common 21.1.1-3?
I am also using nvidia-470xx (no integrated graphics) and graphics were completely freezing for me today, specially when switching TTYs. I've rolled back the recent graphics upgrades by downgrating to nvidia-470xx 470.86-3 and xorg-server/xorg-server-common 21.1.1-3 and the freezes are gone... but I haven't had time to do any testing to see if it the culprit was actually xorg or nvidia yet.

I followed your suggestion. I downgraded xorg-server-common to 21.1.1-3 and the driver packages to 470.86-3, then I rebooted but nothing about the issue changed. I still get a segfault. Just to make sure, I also downgraded xorg-server and rebooted again but this too didn't make a difference.
Update: Downgrading the kernel to 5.13.13-arch1-1 didn't help either.

I checked my log and downgraded to that version, Xorg no longer crashed. I then updated my kernel and the nvidia drivers and Xorg still started normally. So downgrading Xorg and some other packages fixes the issue.
So in my case the solution was to downgrade the following packages:
xf86-video-vesa to 2.5.0-1
xf86-video-intel to 1:2.99.917+916+g31486f40-1
xorg-server to 1.20.13-3
xf86-input-libinput to 1.2.0-1
A kernel downgrade or a downgrade of the nvidia packages is not required.

Removing xf86-video-intel did not fix the issue. A downgrade of xorg and the other xorg-drivers is still required without xf86-video-intel.
I also had a look at a coredump and based on the assembly it seems that this line was being executed when Xorg crashed:

If my understanding is correct then

By analysing the coredump in gdb and cross referencing it with the source code of Xorg on github.
I used bt to display the stack frames, entered the stack frame of InitOutput since this was the last function called before __restore_rt and displayed the disassembly of the surrounding instructions.
There was a call to AttachUnboundGPU, based on this I'm searching for a definition of InitOutput that contains a call to AttachUnboundGPU.
The file I linked is the only file that meets this criteria and the exact line was determined by mapping the asm instructions to C source code.
