Following wiki for tigervnc + LXDE, server starts then stops

I have Arch running on a headless Intel NUC. I am following the wiki for tigervnc. I am trying to get it to use the LXDE desktop. I installed tigervnc and all of the packages from the "LXDE" group. Basically, when I start the systemd service ("systemctl start vncserver@:1"), it immediately stops. My username is "wil", and I ran the "vncpasswd" command to set a password.

vncserver.users:

:1=wil

~/.vnc/config:

session=LXDE
geometry=1920x1080
localhost
alwaysshared

Output of HOSTNAME.log:

Using desktop session LXDE

New '1176-Server:1 (wil)' desktop is 1176-Server:1

Starting desktop session LXDE

I'm still having this problem, still haven't been able to successfully get VNC running. Does anyone have any ideas?

Re: Following wiki for tigervnc + LXDE, server starts then stops

I rebooted the machine, then roughly 6.5 hours later i tried to start the Tigervnc, which promptly exited after 1 second. The X server is enabled at boot and goes to the LXDM login manager. Tigervnc refuses to start regardless of if the X server is running or not.

Re: Following wiki for tigervnc + LXDE, server starts then stops

You're starting the VNC server on :1 but the log is for :0
The interesting log is therefore on the Xorg.1.log - "systemctl status vncserver@:1" might be revealing enough as well (but we're likely only gonna see the xinit server loss)
Whatever there is on :0 is irrelevant but I could imagine that two dummy outputs or LXDM instances don't work(?)

Don't start the useless(?) X11 server on :0 and only run the VNC server. If this still fails, check the proper Xorg log as well as the system journal (the server :0 terminated cleanly, so if that's been a direct response to you launching the VNC server and you want to know what happened, the session process - likely lxdm - might have left a trail there, or any dedicated LXDM log)
