[SOLVED ]launching chrome from the terminal

i can't launch chrome from the terminal, i tried searching for it but what i found is to just type "google-chrome" which i had already tried.

What doesn't work? Do you not know the name to launch it as or does it plain not start? For the former

pacman -Ql google-chrome | grep /usr/bin

should give you relevant binary names for the latter check whether there are hanging processes and/or post

printenv
