Where does that guid and that starter address come from and do they match for VLC?

FWIW I do see where ishan is coming from as at least in the screenshot it does look like that is your issue.
And on experimenting with this there can be very weird behaviours if you toggle this, so make sure the embedded into interface checkbox is checked, close the window and make sure no vlc process is still running with e.g.
killall -9 vlc
