Nextcloud upgrade 22.1 -> 23

I have the problem that i like to upgrade nextcloud from version 22.1.0 to 23.0.1 but upgrading with pacman fails and the manual occ upgrade just returns:

```
Exception: Updates between multiple major versions and downgrades are unsupported.
Update failed
```

and keeps me stucked in Maintenance mode.

The nextcloud version.php file tells me, that it is not possible to upgrade from 22.1, only from 22.2, but i missed that step.

What to do now?
Any help is highly appreciated!

You can download any previous version from here and manually install it via

sudo pacman -U nextcloud-22.2.3-1-any.pkg.tar.zst

Had to downgrade php too. But then everything worked again.
