[SOLVED] Problems on wired connection

Hello,
I’m having some issues with the wired internet connection.
As you can see, I have a very good connection. On Windows I can go wired or wireless and everything is good and fast but on Arch Linux only wireless (Wi-Fi) is working as expected. When I try wired connection everything is slow, it lasts 4-5 seconds to load a webpage but it’s extrange because if I do a speedtest while wired it still shows that good numbers.

To install Arch Linux I followed the Arch Wiki. I hope you can help me debugging and fixing this problem.

These are the specifications of my motherboard

This is the output of sudo lspci -v

Is the physical Ethernet port your pc is attached to a multi-gigabit-device (switch/router)?
Is the connection speed (1 GBit) correct and stable?
Did you activate jumbo frames?
Does the physical Ethernet port your pc is attached to support jumbo frames?

Re: [SOLVED] Problems on wired connection

The speedtest situation is weird, though. Almost smells like a DNS issue.
What configures the network and resolver?

find /etc/systemd -type l -exec test -f {} \; -print | awk -F'/' '{ printf ("%-40s | %s\n", $(NF-0), $(NF-1)) }' | sort -f

Also, is the dmesg grep straight after the boot or after slow webpage loads and speedtests and whatnot?

1. No.
2. Yes.
3. No.
4. I don’t know, do you know how can I find it?
Thanks for your help, -thc.

Re: [SOLVED] Problems on wired connection

Did you activate jumbo frames?

No.

ip a
ethtool enp39s0

Service config looks unspectacular (no collisions, no DNS cache)
Though, to not give up on that idea yet:

ping -c1 google.com
ping -c1 8.8.8.8
dig google.com
dig @8.8.8.8 google.com

The dig comparism very strongly suggest DNS issues.

My ISP is Telefonica/Movistar
Seems that there is a problem with my DNS.
I’ve tried disablish my Cloudflare DNS settings but it’s still slow.

It’s strange, I’ve activated automatic name resolution and the Cloudflare settings are still on cat /etc/resolv.conf.
Even if I manually delete the DNS settings and restart the computer cat /etc/resolv.conf still shows the same configuration.

Re: [SOLVED] Problems on wired connection

Please don't post oversized images, but only links (and thumbnails, 250x250 max)
The DNS is set to "Automatic" and the automatism automizes the cloudflare servers, so de-automatize that and enter the google IP (8.8.8.8, you can also test quad9 at 9.9.9.9, but we've established that the google DNS works for you)

I've removed the image.
I've changed the DNS to Google DNS and now it works like a charm.

Thank you very much for your help, seth.
