picom not starting

[user@pc ~]$ picom
[ 03/26/22 02:34:05.535 vsync_init ERROR ] No supported vsync method found for this backend
[ 03/26/22 02:34:05.536 session_init FATAL ERROR ] Failed to initialize the backend

I have installed arch linux in a virtual box. I don't know what this error means. I am new to arch. Can anyone help?
