[SOLVED] Xorg not handling correct Refresh Rate of monitor

Hi, I'm using i3wm, so it uses Xorg as backend, I have a dual monitor setup, first one is the laptop's internal monitor (eDP1 1920x1080@144hz) and the second one is Mi 34 Monitor (3440x1440)

The problem is, my Mi 34 supports 144hz in both Windows 11 and in my arch in SwayWM (Wayland), but the Xorg (i3, gnome, ...) only supports up to 120hz !, here is my xrandr :

How can I get my Xorg to support 144hz ?

And even other than this problem, I use this code below in my i3 config to set my xrandr confs at startup :

and the strange thing is, it only sets my resoloution and positions, Not my Refresh Rate ! My Mi 34 Monitor still works at 50hz (default picked by Xorg)
and even the more strange thing is, when I run the command above manually in terminal, it applies the refresh rate to 120hz correctly !

the problem is, no matter what way I try, every method I try for auto setting my monitor refresh rate at startup, it does not work, it only applies the resoloution and position, Not the refresh rate, I have tried :
Using i3 config to run the command
Using a systemd service to run the command
Using XDG Autostart Script to run the command

no matter what autostart way I try to run the command, it only applies the res and pos, not the refresh rate
In order to apply the refresh rate to 120hz I have to manually run the command from command line after I have booted into i3

Couple of months ago I tried using SwayWM (wayland) since I couldn't find solution with Xorg, In Wayland I was able to have 144hz set nicely at startup with no pain, using SwayWM config, but then again I was not able to tolerate Wayland problems and bugs and apps support, so I got back to i3 Xorg

Some info about my graphics :

Is xf86-video-intel installed ?

If yes, try removing it.

Yes, I had it installed, I removed it and now the exec at i3 config seems to set the refresh rate, Thanks

But the problem of not listing 144hz @ 3440x1440 still remains
