I upgraded my system today in the morning using pacman -Syu and now after some hours when i try to do it again i get this message : error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: installing libsndfile (1.1.0-2) breaks dependency 'libsndfile=1.0.31' required by lib32-libsndfile

This has already been fixed, your mirror just doesn't have the update yet. Wait for it to sync or try a different one.

You either have removed mutlilib from your pacman.conf or you have a broken mirror.
(edit: too slow - though from the web interface it looks like libsndfile was updated about an hour before lib32-libsndfile, so this shouldn't be just due to trying to update while the two were temporarily out of sync).

If the mirror they're using synced during that window, it will be broken until it syncs again.

Oops - yes. Despite typing it correctly I was thinking the update order was the opposite (e.g., the lib32 version updated first). Sorry for the noise.
