bios not recognizing arch boot drive

I just built a new system and I'm trying to do the same dual boot setup I have on all my systems, but with this particular one, I can't get the bios to recognize my Arch drive.  I have an 12700k on an MSI Z690 Tomahawk Board, with 2 NVMe drives.  Drive 1 is Windows which boots just fine.  Drive 2 is my Arch Drive.  I get no errors installing grub to the EFI partition, and generating the config has no errors and does also find the windows partition.  I tried removing the windows drive and re installing arch as a single drive system, but still not showing as a bootable drive, I just get dumped back into the bios.  i've been racking my brain for hours now, and I don't know where to go from here.  Thanks.

Please refer to https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=250928

When install GRUB, use "# grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=esp --bootloader-id=GRUB --removable"
