I'm using a Dell G5 5587.
It's pretty good, some of the issues are the fingerprint reader is not supported on Linux, sometimes the touchpad acts weirdly but that's a drivers problem, and also when I suspend it and start it again, the touchpad doesn't work anymore. Also I've been struggling with the NVIDIA drivers, but that's because I don't know how to use them actually.
Also one other downside is that the BIOS is extremely long; while most computers would take up to 5 seconds to boot grub, mine takes 12 seconds. But that's not bothering.

Everything works well. No screen tearing on xorg with xf86-video-intel driver. Touchscreen and webcam work well out of the box.

Got this boy refubrished for just 300 euros last year, the guy threw in 20 gigs of ram and a 500gb ssd.
Running Gnome on Wayland super smooth, didn't have issues with Xorg either.
No weird unexpected behaviours with intel drivers, hardware acceleration or vulkan.
Touchpad is the biggest weakpoint, scrolling is fine but multi-finger gestures on Gnome can often glitch out.
Build quality is just plastic fantastic and a bit of creaking, not great but ok for the price.

When I bought this little 10"-convertible second hand for a very low price, it had a fresh install of Windows 10 on it. After installing all necessary drivers, I was left with less than 3GB on the internal eMMC drive (32GB) - with no additional applications installed. With Arch, I now have more than 7GB free after having added GNOME and plenty of applications (firefox, libreoffice, gimp, telegram/signal, rosegarden, okular, to name but a few) and some of my documents (and there's a 256GB SSD in the keyboard which shows up as USB-drive - plenty of space for things like music etc.).
Almost everything worked more or less out of the box or with minor tweaking (the tablet and laptop pages in the wiki being the main help), with one exception: the camera is not working (mt9m114 - seems related to AtomISP driver issues), though I have not spent much time on it yet (might open another thread for that topic at one point).
Installing GNOME (and iio-sensor-proxy) has solved most of the tablet support, including auto-rotation, tablet mode detection and on-screen keyboard. The only disadvantage is memory - the X2 10 only has 2GB RAM, so I have to go easy on running many applications in parallel, as GNOME already uses quite a bit. Swap is definitely needed.
My primary use for the X2 is as tablet with musical scores on it during choir practice - with okular as PDF reader, this works very well, as okular allows for easy annotations in PDFs (which I need often) and the toolbars can be customised enough to work well in full-screen tablet mode.

That sounded interesting so I checked the price on the HP store. After I stopped choking and picked my jaw up off the floor all I can say is HP is pretty proud of those things. Sounds like you got a bargain.

Arch running on Medion E2291, everything fully working as far as I know. Sadly there is no (detected) tablet mode input device. Don't know if there is any since Medion doesn't say that. Activating the tablet mode has to be done externally, although screen rotation does work, I use the KDE module for that.
Unrelated: The touchscreen (especially on the right side) is pretty weak, although that's probably a hardware and not a software fault.

It works flawlessly for me since linux kernel 5.17.The only two problems with this laptop are:
1.It comes with on board memory, which means it costs a lot to replace the memory if you want(and even with a higher cost, many mantainence staffs are afraid to deal with it)
2.It doesn't support fwupd,so when you need to upgrade firmware, you can only use WinPE or wtg.
