says i have an ipv6 address

but this website https://test-ipv6.com/

No IPv6 address detected

please help

What kind of ipv6 address is it? Probably it's link-local address.

What is the output of ip addr
Tell us about your network.  Do you control it?  What are you using as a router?  Can you log into said router's administration function?
Perhaps you could tell us who your ISP is? 

Now, I will confess I slightly abused my moderator rights.  I can verify you connected with an IPv4 address to the forums.  I checked who owns it, asked the Oracle of Mountainview (Google) about that ISP an IPv6, and the articles seemed to indicate you should be in luck.

My guess is that the problem is in your router.  It would be good to be ready to check some settings therein.

The ISP has to provide the IPv6. What you see could be the local address starting with `f`. Usually the global IPv6 starts with `2`.
