Audio Interface doesn't have sound output at boot

I've been using arch since last December on my lenovo legion laptop. And I had a external audio interface (Focusrite Solo Gen2), it has been all good, plug and play since installation, but after 1 or 2 recent update it cannot make any sound after boot, I'll have to unplug and replug to get output from it. The system recognizes it as usual as I can see it as the default output option on the audio panel after boot though, it just doesn't make sound. What could be the problem? Is there anywhere I can go to find the answer myself?

Thanks in advance for anyone that could provide some suggestions!
