Qemu and libvirt networking packages question

I'm installing qemu and libvirt for the first time in Arch and the wiki says I need iptables-nft, dnsmasq and dmidecode for the default NAT/DHCP networking and bridge-utils for bridged networking. The thing is, dnsmasq is used as a service listening at 127.0.0.1:53 and I already have dnscrypt-proxy listening at this port. Will Qemu or libvirt start this service and cause issues or not? Will any of these packages mess with my NetworkManager configuration? I don't know if it is safe to install or if I'm going to need to set up everything again.
