PXE on altserverboot port

Have one of these fanless jobs that I was trying to install Arch via PXE. But the silly thing uses some windows implemented PXE baked into the UEFI firmware, even if it isn't secureboot. It uses a windows predetermined hostname when getting a DHCP address, and the unit has a burned into the motherboard windows license key as well. This shouldn't be a problem for linux PXE however.

Instead of using traditional PXE it instead uses the altserverboot port 4011. Does anyone know whether you can boot linux PXE over altserverboot as this is probably a WDS or similar Windows Server implementation, to again keep us from booting anything but Windows.

This only made installing Arch on this box a little more difficult, as to having to burn a thumb drive and booting from that or installing rEFInd and booting with the Arch ISO PXE module (which forces the correct PXE).

I may have to CONSOLE you about your usage of ridiculously easy graphical interfaces...
