[SOLVED] failed open L"C:\\windows\\system32\\winedevice.exe":c000013

I have an ntfs drive that I share my games with between Windows and Arch. I've been able to run the cross-compatible official games before, but I did some moving of my drives/partitions around recently and am running into troubles. Here is my /etc/fstab:

You should not install proton/wine prefixes themselves directly on an NTFS drive. Have a distinct "main" SteamLibrary on a linux file system, install all your proton versions there and only install/launch games from the NTFS drive

What indicated that I have the proton/wine prefixes on the NTFS drive? My file setup is this:

I fixed this with just running another wine game directly and it autoconfigured itself and now the Proton/Steam games work
